Good Evening All,

Attached below are details of the Gippsland over 50s comp. There are 7 teams including Garfield-Drouin (back from 2 years ago previously Garfield Tynong) and Lyndale which is the mystery team that has been organised by Andrew O’Hoy. Also Jindivick has been rebranded as Gippy Jumping Jacks.

So there are 6 games and a bye. Our first game is 16 October against the Jumping Jacks at JC. Season is over by 22 January plus finals – we only have 2 games after Christmas (unless we make finals 🤞).

Sammy and I are currently organising new TWCC Over 50s cricket tops for the team. Hopefully these will be available early in the season. We will provide more detail as we develop the tops and the costs. The club will provide the tops however there is likely to be the opportunity for people to purchase their own tops with their name or nickname on the back with their preferred number.

I’ll touch base with Wests to see if we can organise some training at the club, if people are interested.
