Traralgon West Footy Tipping competition 2018
15 MAR 2018 | BY CHRIS ANDERSON
So, it has come around to that time of year, and Traralgon West Cricket Club is again running its annual footy tipping competition.
Thank you for your support last year, and it would be fantastic if you would consider taking part again in this year’s competition.
The competition remains a ‘tip the entire season in advance’ competition. The entry fee remains $10, and entrants providing their email address get weekly updates throughout the season.
Major prizes remain the same as per last year, ie:
First Prize = $500
Second Prize = $200
Third Prize = $100
Last place = $10
Plus, we’ve retained the two additional prizes to keep entrants interested and give a greater chance at winning – the Random Tipping numbers.
Random Tipping No. 1 prize = $20
Random Tipping No. 2 prize = $20
At the end of Round 4, two randomly selected tipping aggregates will be advised to all the contestants. These two prizes will be won by the tippers who selected/tipped the exact aggregate of correct tips at the end of the season as the Random Number (or closest to it if there is no exact match).
All entries need to provide a Premiership Tip, which will be used in the event of tied scores. In the case of the Random Tipping Numbers, if the premiership tip does not break the tie, then the winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible tippers.
Again, there is the option to tick a box if you would like Computer Generated Random Selections.
We can also do “All home teams”, or “All away teams” , or a combination of “All Home teams (or all away teams) with a tipper nominated team to win in every round, eg: All home teams but Essendon to win in every round”. If you want either of these three combinations, then write it on the form.
Please return your completed forms to your TWCC contacts by Thursday 22 March 2018, or alternatively to Chops
Attached is the 2017 entry form.
If you would like to make payment of the entry fee by electronic funds transfer, please let Chops know
